CALM’s Children’s Residential Placement Program is a service available to eligible intellectually developmentally delayed or ages 5 through 21 who cannot remain with their families in order to avoid placement in institutional or other restrictive residential settings. These foster parents work in partnership with the biological parents who voluntarily place their children in care as a supportive Family Living home setting.
